Architecture at its most expressive is sculptural, and this residence at BTM Layout is conceived as a study in bold geometry. Across its four levels, angular cantilevered slabs slice outward and fold back, their edges traced in continuous cove light so the entire elevation reads as a luminous line drawing at dusk. A deep black marble, veined and richly textured, anchors the composition against crisp white volumes, while warm timber screens soften the top floor and the entry, balancing drama with intimacy. Glass-railed balconies layered with greenery bring the garden vertically up the facade, and generous sliding glazing dissolves the line between inside and out, creating a home that is at once striking from the street and serene to live in.
